Introduction
Ampere is friendly and enjoys mischief. He doesn't speak but can communicate with others.
Ampere has the ability to enter and control appliances and that's why he was invited by Reynard. He is on good terms with Akiba and Mew who also like mischief. He knows that Senta dislikes him so trying not to get close.
Ampere can't become a balloon because of his plasma body. Instead of that, he can transform to a Blower Rotom and inflates someone being a balloon without putting the hose into his/her mouth or nozzle. He enjoys looking at other members inflate big, and pop.
