Introduction
The leader of Breezers. She has translucent wings look like flying fish's fins on her back.
Celestine hopes everybody thinks she is ladylike so she tries to act gently, but she is in fact quite rude. She uses Ice Shard to hit someone when she's angry. She enjoys hot foods, and can even bite a Tamato Berry directly.
She loves balloons, like other leaders. She has fun being an overinflated balloon, but she feels embarrassed so she doesn't often do that in front of other Pokemon she doesn't trust.
