Introduction
Latias is called the postergirl of the Floaters by the leader, Reynard. She is naivete and childlike, and is surprised by almost nothing. She lives in her home in Alto Mare, but often goes to the base of Floaters and plays with other members.
Latias got interested in balloons when she joined the Floaters. She enjoying anything about balloons, even overinflation or popping. When she feels like inflating someone, the victim is usually Lugia, her childhood friend.
