Introduction
Though being the son of a distinguished family, Lugia has good common sense like a normal person.
Lugia joined the Floaters because his childhood friend Latias invited him. He likes the atmosphere of the Floaters, but he is always confused about the eccentricities of other members. Only Latias calls his real name.
Lugia enjoys being a balloon, but he don't like being overinflated. He is not afraid of popping, but he gets nervous when Latias is going to pop.
