Shaymin is over-friendly and selfish, often makes other around confused.
Shaymin found the base of Floaters and tried to take over it, but he failed and became one of the members. He only moves when being the Sky Forme, and he always stays in his room at night.
He's not really interested in balloons, but he feels superior to getting bigger that cause him overinflating. He hates himself pop, but is fine to the popping of others.
