Introduction
A cat-like animalloon that is the leader of all Staff and Police. He has both black and white body color, which is rare among the animalloons. He is serious, manages the world instead of Floatycat the King, who is always playing around. Although his allegiance to the king, he is merciless in his criticism of the King's eccentricities.
He can use the special abilities of both Staff and Police. He can also transform to another type from a cat, or extend the size of parts of his body. He seems to know the true identity of Floatycat the King, and is aware of worlds other than Puffy World.
