The Advisor of Rainbow Balloon Laboratory.
He is serious and level-headed. He was assigned to the Balloon Laboratory as an advisor from another department. Coming from a humanities background, he offers insights from a different perspective compared to the science-focused researchers. He does have some scientific knowledge, though. Despite working there for some time, he still hasn't fully adjusted to the lab's chaotic atmosphere, and he can't help but constantly call out the absurd antics of his colleagues.
