Introduction
The balloonie ghosts sneak into Shuffle Town at night. They target humans (mostly children) who are alone on the streets at night, startle them, and play tricks on them in various ways, such as licking them with their tongues or swallowing them. During the Halloween season, their numbers increase massively, and sometimes they team up with the Halloween balloonie bats.
