Introduction
A cat-like animalloon (?) that is the monarch of Puffy World. All dwellers remember the face of their king, but they don't really know about him. The dwellers always call him "the King" though he has a name.
He wears the king cape at festivals or other important events. When he wears the cape, which is decorated with the night sky, a crown floats above his head. He likes the cape because it is fashionable, but he often takes it off because it gets in the way when he fools around.
His real identity is "Floatycat" from another world. Only few animalloons know it.
