Rainbow Balloon Laboratory
Rainbow Balloon Laboratory is a research organization affiliated with Rainbow Balloon Creations, a famous balloon manufacturer in Sola. The head office believes that creativity is more likely to be stimulated in a free environment, and therefore adopts a laissez-faire approach to the management of the researchers.
Rainbow Balloon Laboratory currently has seven members. The original director left due to a personnel change a while ago, and Garnet, a relative of the president of the headquarters, took over the position of director. The other members are Lavender, who is the vice director, Sage, who is the advisor, and four researchers who are the general staff.
There are many robotic helpers, Prism, operating in the laboratory. They support the researchers in all aspects of their work and life, from experimental assistants to cleaning.

Before Garnet became the director, Rainbow Balloon Laboratory established the rule of balloonie TF for all staff members, based on the principle that "to understand balloons, just be a balloon." The laboratory has also been specially modified to make the environment friendly to balloon bodies. In fact, the real reason for deciding the rules of balloonie TF is just for fun.
Rainbow Balloon Laboratory has a company dormitory that the necessary supplies and equipment for living are very abundant. In addition, all the members like to stay indoors, rarely leave the laboratory, so they basically stay in their balloonie forms for the whole days. The performing and lifting of balloonie TF are using magic potion, so they can return to their original state at any time if they need to leave the laboratory for a long period of time.
Lab Coats and Neckties
After the balloonie TF, the members of the laboratory basically stopped wearing clothes, but they wore special lab coats and ties as uniforms. Both are made of materials that are comfortable for balloonie skin. The lab coats and neckties are not mandatory and can be removed to suit the situation. On the other hand, even if they wear them during non-working hours, there is no problem as long as they are in the laboratory.
Since the balloonie bodies are very light, they may not be able to concentrate on their research because they float up in the air whenever they move. In this case, wearing lab coats with appropriate weight can increase the stability of the work. Compared to ordinary fabrics, the lab coats of Balloon Laboratory have better elasticity, so they don't have to worry about tearing the lab coats even if their bodies suddenly expand.
The neckties of Balloon Laboratory is infused with magical powers. Normally, a balloonie body expands uniformly, but with the necktie on, only the torso is inflated by magic. Therefore, they can adjust the expansion by taking the necktie on and off to match the situation. Each member is assigned their own tie, and the color is their favorite color.
Facilities

Experiment Room
The place where they conduct various experiments from the material of the balloons to the gas injected into the balloons, and leave research results.
Design Room
The design-related workplaces where they design balloons and other items, or use computer simulation software.
Manufacture Room
A small production line for prototyping balloons of new shapes and materials, and tools such as air compressors.
Inflation Room
A room used mainly for inflating large balloons. Now it is also used to inflate the researchers themselves.
Staff Lounge
A place where they can take a break by resting on a sofa made of balloons or by taking gaseous drinks.
Balloon Area
An area added to accommodate balloonie TF. There are a lot of entertainment facilities that can utilize the balloonie bodies.
Company Dormitory
The residence of the researchers. It was remodeled to accommodate balloonie TF, allowing them to fully enjoy their private balloon life.
Director's Office
The director's working room. The adjacent living space for the director is more luxurious than the company dormitory.
